With the large-scale application of lithium batteries, traditional fuel-powered two-wheelers and three wheelers are rapidly shifting towards electrification and lithium battery technology.

The electrical system of an electric 2/3 wheeler is actually not simple; it mainly consists of four parts: the central control system, the motor controller, the motor, and the battery.

The battery control system (BMS) of an electric 2/3 wheeler has the following characteristics:

• Collection: Cell voltage and temperature collection

• Communication: Communicate with the central control system and motor controller, and communicate with the charger

• Switch: Controlled by the electric door lock switch ACC

• Power control: In addition to normal charging and discharging safety control, electric 2/3 wheelers also have dedicated control logic for energy recovery related to electric vehicles. Secondly, BMS has a unique sleep and wake-up logic.
